Terms of use

The basic conditions for authorised use of the Penrose client portal.

Operational draft — this page must be reviewed against Penrose’s final legal, regulatory and data-retention requirements before the application is made public.

Using the portal

The portal is provided for authorised Penrose clients and team members. You must keep sign-in details secure, provide accurate information and notify Penrose if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accountancy services

Portal access supports the accountancy services agreed separately with Penrose. The portal does not replace an engagement letter, professional advice or any service-specific terms.

Documents and deadlines

Clients remain responsible for supplying complete and accurate records in sufficient time. A portal status, reminder or calculated date should not be treated as confirmation that a filing has been completed unless Penrose confirms it.

Availability and acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, upload harmful material or use another person’s account. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse investigation.

Intellectual property and liability

Penrose retains rights in the portal, branding and original content. The final terms must align liability, service availability and governing-law provisions with the signed engagement terms before launch.
